COOKERY: If you are looking for something different to stimulate and motivate work colleagues or to entertain clients, we offer a selection of carefully planned cookery classes. Our team of expert chefs offer a range of c classes to demystify cooking, inspire confidence and help pupils hone and develop their kitchen skills, whatever their level. Covering a variety of cuisines as well as the art of British baking, our classes run throughout the year, subject to availability. Price details TBC

COCKTAIL: Ever wanted to discover the secret to making your favourite cocktail? Our expert mixologists will guide you through the maze of ingredients and instructions giving you all the tricks of the trade.  A great motivational evening or something different for a birthday celebration or hen night, the evening classes begin with a brief history of cocktail making, then move on to making the perfect cocktail with guidance on how to source and blend the best quality spirits. The evening includes canapés and jugs of the cocktails that are demonstrated. Minimum of 15 guests
