David is a culinary genius. With his upbringing steeped in cooking, David is one of the finest French chefs in the country. Currently head chef at The Wallace, David has previously the Head Executive Chef at five star Langhan Hotel and has worked with world-renowned chefs Joel Robuchon at Restaurant Gormand, Marcus Waring at Petrus and Michael Caines at Gidleigh Park. Now David creates his own magic with innovative menus for both The Wallace Restaurants and private events.
