Peyton and Byrne's head pastry chef, Frédéric, brings 15 years experience to the table and has been creating beautiful cakes and pastries for restaurants around the globe. He and has worked for numerous high-end hotels including The Berkley Hotel, and was responsible for product development for Maison Blanc and Symphonie / Pasquier.
