GILLAN KINGSTREE
The Executive Head Chef of Peyton & Byrne at The British Library, Gillan's previous experience includes the three AA Rosette awarded Notting Hill Brasserie and previously working in Rick Stein's "Sam's Brasserie" in Chiswick. Gillan brings to Peyton Events extensive event knowledge from his event experience at the four star Millenium hotel in Glasgow. Gillan is passionate about British food and carefully sources the best of British produce from locally sourced and specialist suppliers using both traditional and modern British recipes.
