Eric brings haute cuisine to Peyton Events. Eric has a wealth of
experience having worked in a number of two Michelinstarred
establishments in France as well as at Sketch and the
five star Langham Hotel, both in London.

seasonal ingredients, as well as his signature small tasting plates.
