Service
At all of our restaurants we pride ourselves on the highest level of service. This extends into our catering of events where the service is attentive without being intrusive. Your event will have a dedicated event manager who will be involved from the first meeting and will be drawn from our highly qualified team ensuring that your event is a complete success whether it is in one of our critically acclaimed restaurants or within some of London’s most prestigious venues.

Drinks
Many people claim to be able to serve a great cocktail at an event, but we have drawn together a team of award winning bar staff to tempt even the most jaded palate. Our enclosed cocktail menu is just a taster of what we offer and our bartenders are happy to create a cocktail for your event.
Choosing the right wine is an important part of any event. Our extensive wine list puts the emphasis on classic European wines and Champagne. However if you do not see something to your liking or there is a special wine or vintage that you would prefer, please let us know and our Sommelier will do his best to accommodate you. All of our drinks are charged on consumption.

Staff and Uniforms
Managers are dressed in black suits whilst the waiting staffs wear a modern classic uniform of white shirts with a long black apron, black trousers and ties. However we would be delighted to accommodate any particular requests.

Tableware
We own our own range of chinaware to compliment our handcrafted modern classic silverware. This is included within your package but we would be delighted to make other suggestions and to accommodate any other requests.
We understand that every event needs to be unique and we have a team of professionals available to assist you. With this in mind we would be delighted to arrange a tasting at any of our restaurants. Not only will this give you a unique preview of your event, it will allow us to tailor the food and service to your individual requirements.
